We try to respond to all requests within a few hours during normal business hours (M-F 8:00AM - 6:00PM PST). If you have not heard back within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please update your request.

Please be aware that requests are not handled during weekends or business holidays. Requests submitted after business hours are treated as having arrived the following business day. This means that requests submitted after 6:00PM PST on a Friday will be received the following business day (typically a Monday) and you may not receive a response until 24 hours after receipt (eg. Tuesday morning).
